Foil Stamping Operators | Quad Graphics | Leominster, MA
Job Description
Quad/Graphics is currently seeking Foil Stamping Operators to work in
the Leominster, MA location. The primary function of this position
is to produce work of high quality on a Geitz, Kluge or
Bobst. Perform maintenance as needed, and to train appropriate
personnel. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Promptly, at start of shift, reviewing work schedule, checking
equipment and supplies required to perform the work scheduled and
preparing for operations.
- Having an understanding of the upcoming job.
- Running jobs at the highest production rate possible while
maintaining quality through the constant inspection of materials for any
defects.
- Job make ready of proper foil adherence, emboss quality,
registration (preliminary and start-up), feeder and delivery set up
- Maintaining the equipment in good operating condition
- Sheetfed Press experience helpful
Qualifications
- Gietz, Bobst and Kluge experience helpful
- Must be a high school graduate. Further education a plus.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, computer and
interpersonal skills.
